How to Measure Each Metric:

✰ Engagement: Likes, Comments & Shares

✰ Awareness: Impressions, Reach, New Followers

✰ Return on Investment: Referrals & Conversions

✰ Customer Care: Response Rate for DM's & Comments

Questions to Ask Yourself:

✰ Engagement: Are my posts engaging and encouraging my audience to interact with them and share them with their friends or other accounts that they think may benefit from what I share? Is my content relevant to my niche / audience?

✰ Awareness: Dive into your insights and take a look at which posts have resulted in new followers and received the most impressions and reach. Next, try to select the top 3 highest-performing posts and think of ways to create similar content!

✰ Return on Investment: If your goal is sales, go into the backend of your website or Google Analytics and see how many of your buyers came from social media. If it's zero, check your Instagram profile and make sure your website is linked in your bio! If it is and you still aren't seeing any conversions, try including more Call-To-Actions in your posts that encourage your audience to go to your website and buy something.
